To help celebrate its 200th birthday, Sangamon County will be awarding a $1,000 scholarship to one student at every participating high school in the county. The student with the highest votes from each county high school will win.

Sangamon County high school students who upload a video through December 27, 2021 at noon will be entered into a online contest for a $1,000 scholarship! An online voting contest will launch the first week of January and winners will be announced at the county board meeting.
